Upgrading to the Teams Plan

Mokkup.ai's Teams plan offers a comprehensive solution for team owners to centralize their billing and manage licenses effortlessly. Whether you're purchasing, allocating, or transferring licenses, the process is designed to be simple and efficient. This guide outlines the key features, such as license expiration, renewal, and team ownership transfer, ensuring a smooth billing experience while covering practical scenarios to meet your team's needs.

If you're ready to upgrade to the Teams plan, follow these simple steps:

• Open your browser and go to Mokkup’s homepage.
• Click on the Pricing tab from the menu.
• Scroll to find the "Teams Plan" option.

• Alternatively, log in to your Mokkup account.
• Look for the pop-up with the upgrade option.
• Click on the Buy Now button in the pop-up.

• After clicking, you’ll be redirected to the Team’s Info Page.
• Fill in your team’s details in the provided fields.
• Click the Create button to proceed.

You'll be redirected to the team's info page. Fill in your team's details and click "Create."

License & Payment

• On the Licenses & Payments page, locate the section to choose the number of Pro licenses.
• Use the increment (+) or decrement (-) buttons to adjust the license count as needed.
• We've set a 25-license limit to streamline team licensing. Customers should contact us for licenses beyond this. 
• Enter your company’s information, including: 
  • Address
  • City
  • State
  • Zip Code 
• Review your license details.

• If you already have a Pro-Individual Plan:
  • Note that you cannot assign another license to yourself.
  • Skip assigning one to yourself and manage licenses for other team members.
• To assign a Pro license to yourself if you have Mokkup Pro Individual Plan:
  • Cancel your active Pro-Individual Plan first.
  • Wait until the billing period for your individual license ends.
  • Once the billing period concludes, you can assign the Team Pro license to yourself.
• If You Were Assigned a Team License Before:
  • If you already have a Team Pro license assigned to you in another team, you must renounce that license first.
  • After renouncing the previous Team Pro license, you can assign the Team Pro license to yourself in this team.

Follow the steps to complete the payment process to upgrade your plan:

• Before payment, review the Terms of Use and Billing Policy.
• Click on the Add Licenses & Pay button.

• On the payment page, check the total amount on the left-hand side.

• On the right-hand side, choose a payment method:
• Cash App Pay or
• Enter your card details (card number, expiration date, CVC, and cardholder name).
