      Reset Your Password

      If you forget your password for logging in to your Mokkup.ai account. Follow the steps given below.

      Tip: You will receive an email for resetting your password on your registered Mokkup.ai email account.

      Steps to Reset Your Password

      • Go to the Mokkup.ai login page.
      • Click on “Forgot password?”
      • Enter your email address and click “Next”
      • Check for the verification code emailed to you, and enter that code to log into your account.

      Steps to Add a Password

      • Click on the three dots icon; next to your name. 
      • Go to “Account settings” and the “Email & password” section.
      • Enter “Current password,” “New password,” and “Re-enter the new password.”
      • Click on “Change password”; your password for your Mokkup.ai account will be updated.

      Tip: Your password must be at least eight characters long and include at least one special character, one number, and one uppercase letter.

      Troubleshooting

      I have not received the password reset code.

      Make sure you have entered your registered email address. Check your spam and trash folders.

      You can contact our chat support if you cannot find the email with the reset code.
