How Coins Work in Mokkup
Mokkup uses a single currency called Coins to power all its features, from AI-powered wireframing to BI exports. Whether you're using AI Wireframing, Convo AI, AI Review, or exporting to Power BI and Tableau, everything runs on Coins.
What Are Coins?
Coins are Mokkup's unified in-app currency. Each action consumes a set number of Coins from your balance:
- BI Export (Power BI / Tableau) — 10 Coins per screen
- AI Review — 2 Coins
- AI Wireframing — 2 Coins
- Convo AI — Dynamic (based on GenAI token cost)
Where Do Coins Come From?
Your Coins are allocated automatically based on your plan:
- Free Plan
- 25 Coins for Text Prompts & Exports
- Pro Plan
- 350 Coins per year
- Teams Plan
- 350 Coins per license per year
- Enterprise Plan
- Infinite Coins
How to Buy More Coins
If you run out of Coins before your next billing cycle, you can purchase more:
- Go to your Account Settings or Billing Page.
- Click Buy Coins.
- Choose the number of Coins you want.
- Complete the payment.
You can also click the Buy Coins link directly from the BI Tool Export panel when your balance is low.
How Does it Work in Teams Plan?
Each license on a Teams plan comes with its own allocation of 350 Coins/year. Team members draw from their own license's Coin balance. Admins can manage licenses and view usage from the Team Settings panel.
Validity & Expiry
Coins have an expiration date tied to your billing cycle. Unused Coins do not roll over. Use them before your cycle resets to make the most of your allocation.
