      Adding & Removing the Enterprise License

      Managing your Enterprise license count is straightforward, allowing you to adjust the number of Pro licenses as needed. Here’s how:

      Adding More Licenses 

      If you run out of available licenses:

      1. Go to Billing Section from Enterprise Page

      Billing

      1. Click Manage Licenses

      2. Increase your license count

      Increase Licenses

      1. Review new total pricing

      Continue to payment

      1. Complete payment

      Once processed, you'll receive confirmation that your license count has increased.

      Unassigning an Enterprise License

      You may want to unassign a license when:

      • Someone leaves the team
      • You’re reallocating seats to new team members
      • You’re reducing license usage for the next billing cycle

      Here’s how to do it:

      1. Go to the Members tab under Enterprise Plan Settings.
      2. Find the member you want to downgrade or remove.
      3. Click on the member’s details.
      4. Select the License option to modify their access.
      5. To remove the member entirely, click the delete icon.

      Find the member to downgrade

      After removal, the user becomes a Free User, losing access to:

      • Unlimited Coins
      • Unlimited BI Exports
      • Any premium Enterprise Plan features

      This change takes effect instantly.

      Understanding Licensed vs. Free Users

      Licensed User

      A member with an assigned license on the Enterprise Plan gets:

      • Full access to unlimited Coins, covers both AI-powered features (AI Wireframing, Convo AI, AI Review) and BI exports (Power BI & Tableau)
      • No top-ups, no coin counters
      • Cannot purchase additional coins, since access is already unlimited

      Free User

      A Free User cannot use the team's unlimited Coins.
      They will see:

      • Only their Personal Account in AI & BI dropdowns
      • Coin counters based on personal usage
      • No access to team-level unlimited Coins
